Acceptance
By creating an account or using Invlyra, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.
The service
Invlyra lets you create, customize, store, and share invoices, receipts, and quotations, on free and paid plans.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract and meet the minimum age required in your location.
Plans, billing & renewals
Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly or yearly through our payment partners (Paystack, Flutterwave). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay. You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period and then reverts to the Free plan.
Free plan
The Free plan includes a limited number of documents, free templates only, an Invlyra watermark, and ads. Premium features require a paid plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Invlyra for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, not to upload unlawful or infringing content, and not to attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorized access to it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create (your business details, logos, signatures, and documents). You grant Invlyra the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that content back to you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the documents you create.
Teams
Business plan owners may invite members. The account owner is responsible for their team members' use of the account.
Intellectual property
Invlyra, its name, design, and templates are owned by us and may be used only as part of the service.
Availability
We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Invlyra is a document-creation tool, not an accounting, tax, or legal service. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you and your documents.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Invlyra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Invlyra at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
